Crank up the Ringer

I keep missing calls on my cell phone. I have officially decided to turn up the volume, even if that means I jump out of my skin at work...

Today I had a voicemail from a guy I hadn't heard from in awhile. I'm thinking he didn't realize his phone was on or that he'd called me, because the message consisted of two minutes of his band setting up for a gig. Ha ha! My friends are funny...

I'm watching Disney's Hercules at the moment. As I recall, that was the last movie I saw at the Drive-In on Redwood. Golly it's good! "Somebody call I-X-II!"

Wearing Kate's tiara. It feels good. I like the weight on my head. Plus, I feel pretty...

I feel really good about my audition this morning for Taylorsville's Oklahoma. Thank you Rach for playing my song so well, and thanks to all on the pro team for being so encouraging! I sang "The Most Amazing Thing" from Little Women, and now I want to do that show again, too...

I met a lady there named Bethany who looks a lot like me. We could be sisters! This threw me not a little. I've never met someone who had hair like mine before. I feel less unique, somehow. It's like the first time I met another girl named Megan. Now, of course, there are Megans all over the place. I am willing to dye my hair if needed. It's been a while since I was a redhead. I liked Bethany, though, and would love to work with her, or any of the other friends I reconnected with or people I met. I am really excited to be part of a show, whichever one it may be...

I enjoy spending time in my apartment, especially during the day. It's so nice to have the sun shining through the windows and the shades pulled back. Just sitting in the sunny rooms makes me feel cheery...

Last night I saw a concert by the Orchestra at Temple Square. I haven't listened to classical music that wasn't part of a soundtrack in quite awhile. It was gorgeously played, and I had a good time...

C'est tout!

It was a little crazy to see how much you and Bethany look alike: I've known you separately, but never made the connection until yesterday. She's in my ward... and fabulous! We should get together some time. :)

By the way, you did a fabulous job! Love you!

Is her name Bethany Hall? If it is, I adore her! I've known her for awhile!!

Yes, that's the Bethany! I liked her!

Thanks, Stephanie. I appreciate the support and am looking forward to callbacks!
