This is not really one of my favorite movies. I want to punch every character at some point. BUT, I think it's a very good representation of what it would be like to go to a stranger's house and try to figure out how to blend when they are all so close. I love the scenes with Meredith and Ben when he's trying to help her see that it's okay to be herself, and not the "perfect" girlfriend. Good times.

Well you see, I didn't much like this movie either, or appreciate it. Until after last year's Christmas, where I went over to his family's house for the first time for Christmas, and well, I literally felt so out of place. They were great, but I did, because they were a functioning family, and I'm so used to not having one, it was rough to say the least. Now thankfully its the "year later" thing, and things are much better. So I guess because I can relate I enjoy it.
