It's like what Johnny Lingo says, "What matters most is what she thinks of herself." I hope you realize how wonderful YOU are. The thing about what people think is that they don't know the whole story. It's just a small portion that they see. But the most important people know the whole story, and can read between the lines, so to speak. But you're right. It's a process. At least it is for me. But it does get easier with practice, and it starts with little things. Just remember that no matter what anyone else thinks, Heavenly Father and our Savior love you and think enough of you to want you back, just as you are, and They will help you to be better and better until you are as They are!
